I just watched it and thought she was adequate. I did not for a second believe she was anything more than Zellweger playing Garland. Judy Davis, on the other hand, in Me and My Shadows was resplendent - as was Tammy Blanchard who played young Judy in that one.

And Zellweger's lip sync in the second to last song - Come Rain Or Come Shine, I think it was - was way off. Not sure if that's her fault, director or editor. I'm guessing the latter.
