Highly overrated horror flick

First, I got to say that I love horror films in spanish language (From Spain and Latinamerica). I am latin myself.

I have enjoyed many argentinean horror films also.

But I have to say that this movie is overrated considering that it is included in some lists of the scariest movies of all time and considering the praise it receives from some film critics (which I know doesn't mean a thing at all).

Is it a bad movie? No. I don't think so. But it is just a regular, simple, average one.

It's nothing special. The scares aren't that scary and the story is weak and boring.

This movie had a great premise to work with, however the poorly written characters made it dull rather than interesting.
