A pleasent surprise.

I would like to see another movie. Tomb Raider like this just made its money back but is getting another movie.

This was really entertaining and fun. I enjoyed it too.

While the trailers for the movie weren’t the best (at least the first one), the movie nonetheless piqued my interest from day one. And I felt like going to go see it regardless of the reception it got, but once the overwhelmingly positive reviews for it started coming out (which was definitely a surprise) I was sold! And yup, the movie turned out better than I was expecting. The cast was great (Isabela Merced is pure perfection), the humor was cute, and the whole thing is just a delightful and fun (well-made) adventure. A pleasant surprise indeed.
