Josha Stradowski face looks strange, very inhumane and plasticy. Does he have cheek implants or injections?
He has rather angular facial bone structure and a noticeable brow ridge but I think he is overall good looking, although I get what you're saying. The guy who plays Mat has a very prominent brow ridge and the one who plays Perrin is borderline ugly.
Maybe the blood does go deep in the mountains like Moiraine said but on the face of it I'm not sure that's such a good thing.
After a google image search, he is good looking in those pictures. Way too much make-up on his cheek bones in this show.
