This rather plain-looking woman has certainly been popping up in a lot of stuff recently. I can't imagine her success was from the casting couch. It must be good acting.

Maybe a bit of makeup would help her. Or a good moisturizer. She looks a bit pasty-faced.

If she's 42, she needs a good moisturizer. I couldn't believe how dry her skin looked in that Netflix movie she made with Dianne Wiest and Peter Dinklage.

She was brilliant in Gone Girl, and had great chemistry with Cruise in Jack Reacher.

She's probably the only actress in this show who is not there to fill some quota.

I find her looks rather striking, and she is one of the most talented actresses of her generation. I particularly loved her performance in Gone Girl.
