Crushed.

I FOR SOME CRAZY REASON though this was about hunting MONSTERS and Pacino was some expert on the supernatural. I was ready for creativity!!

BUT it's about goddamn Nazis and jew----AGAIN!!

WWII is getting toward being a HUNDRED YEARS AGO!

Jesus.

reply

So, uhm... don't watch?.. 🙄

And besides, you mean hunting monsters hasn't been done for centuries??

A rather negligible thing in the big scheme of things to be crushed by, IMO.

reply

Well, no kidding.

Hunting Nazis has been done more.

A high quality fantasy show with an excellent actor could have been great.

This is a fantasy show about hunting Nazis where they didn't exist and is kinda Nazi porn. That trivializes the actual events, don't you think?

reply

Inglorious Basterds was one of the best movies ever, and while I am certainly not claiming that this series is on the same level, it's in the same genre.

reply

I hated that movie for the same reason.

It's like pandering to violent fantasies people think jews have.

I recall reading that the most popular type of porn in Israel is Nazi porn.

That is obviously a sick perversion and feeling getting off watching people beat people to death with baseball bats is too.

I have a long history of working in crime. The famous psychologist Albert Ellis noted that encouraging angry people to get out angry by doing violence typically becomes an addiction. I was once at a crime victim conference and pointed this out to the crime victims and advocates.

Constantly seeking and talking about the revenge you want puts your focus on anger, which can become enjoyable, then at that point you've become a pervert enjoying a harmful emotion.

That's what I think about this show so far and Inglorious.

reply

I wouldn't say that I personally ever engaged in Nazi revenge fantasies, but I take these movies and series for the dark comedies that they are.

reply

Well, the over the top remarks and the ridiculous alien like Nazis in this can easily be seen as funny.

If you had a bunch of people watching with with a cynical sense of humor, it would be a lot of fun.

reply

"I hated that movie for the same reason;" disqualifies every opinion you've ever had.

reply

Inglorious seems to me like pandering to Hollywood jews by Tarantino.

It's perverted to make up stuff about WWII that's not real in a war movie.

reply

"WWII is getting toward being a HUNDRED YEARS AGO"
And yet a lot of folks still advocate mass Jew murder.

reply

I've come across a few anti-Semites on these boards.

reply

You can only be "anti-semite" if you believe there are really "semites".

I do not believe this as I see religions as human invented cults.

Religions like this contain a lot of prejudice and are anti-human and they need to be debunked. Meanwhile, this group has conditioned people to attack those trying to debunk it, which is a perfectly fine to do to a group with harmful beliefs.

reply

Alrighty then.

reply

Like who?

A few individuals?

Hardly an important situation.

reply

A considerable majority of Muslims, lots of Leftists. And some old school Nazi scum.

reply

Islam is a version of judaism.

The Koran is the torah with their new prophet added. It even has jesus in it who is called Issa.

So, guess who caused Islam to be created?

The solution is for all the people to stand up, say it's mythology and lies, and guess what---no one will want to kill anyone because these fake groups will be debunked.

reply

>>>no one will want to kill anyone because these fake groups will be debunked.<<<

If you actually believe that you seriously do not understand human nature.

reply

He's a doctor. He would know.

reply

I will assume you are being sarcastic.

reply

He claims to be a doctor of some sort.

reply

Oh, there is no way that this individual is anything other than dregs of society.

reply

While I doubt he is a doctor he has studied his propaganda and has it down pat.

reply

I wouldn't say that, he strikes me as really ignorant of history and fundamental human psychology. He basically sounds like a raving lunatic with his "interesting and well thought out" arguments.

reply

And apparently Nazis were just "people doing what they thought was best". Never mind the holocaust. That's inconsequential. I'm waiting for him to downplay that. The conversation is below.

reply

You are wasting your time.

reply

Really?

Are people fighting people who believe in the Greek Pantheon?

Is anyone mad at Prussia anymore?

YOU don't understand human psychology. If people don't believe something, then strong emotion is no longer at play.

reply

1. People will always believe strongly in something.

2. Soviet Russia, China and Cambodia are all officially atheist, yet they have killed more people than the Nazis did.

3. Why, because they believe strongly in something: in this case communism combined with standard atheism.

People will kill people. It is tragic. It should be fought. But religion does not cause it. Many use religion as their excuse.

Religion has been responsible for many positives in human history. Universities, hospitals and charitable activities of all kinds have come from religious organizations.

I'm sure you will disagree with me and I have no interest in discussing the pluses and minuses of religion with you. That is a zero sum game. Neither of us is going to convince the other. But if you actually think that religion is the reason people have killed each other you need some serious education.

reply

Dude, that's stupid.

You solve problems as they come up.

reply

My case is made.

reply

Were Nazis not monsters?

reply

No.

They were people doing what they thought best. That is far more scary than monsters and is a big huge problem for humanity. That goes completely unexplored in movies.

reply

Nazi apologist now? C'mon, man!!!!!!!

One minute I think you are just misguided and then you make statements like this and I think you have to be a straight-up troll.

reply

So, they were monsters?

What, are you six?

Stop being a retard.

You know, they have this subject called "history" where they talk about facts and whatnot.

reply

In doing what they thought best, did they not do monstrous things? I think you're using the term monster too literally.

reply

Certainly, but that is never portrayed in shows or movies like this.

I actually got banned once for explaining their position, which I have researched for a very long time. Knowing what they actually thought and believed, is much better than making them look like aliens, crazy people, etc. They were regular people who believed a set of ideas that made this all possible.

reply

Is it something that really needs to be portrayed? Almost everybody knows the horrible people Nazis were.

reply

trump trash alert

reply

I'm basically a communist, lol.

reply

He was a Jew too!

reply

Who are you referring to?
