I missed the end, can someone tell me?

I recorded this on TV but the end was missing. I got to where she'd been in the car with the snake, then she was outside and had what I assume was a hallucination of Wade. Can someone tell me the rest?

The hallucination of Wade turned to a real person, (a female ranger or police officer) who sits her up and hugs her. Then tells her the SOS was spotted by the small plane and notified her.
