Also, Clockwork Orange, Fight Club, The Killing Joke (though that one is easy to surmise).
"One bad day... that's all takes for the rest of Gotham to become me... one bad day" - Joker (the Killing Joke).
You can also kind of put in the Charlie Chaplin film they're showing, as in that film - Modern Times - Charlie Chaplin played a character that struggled to survive in the modern, industrialised world, even wanting to stay in prison (Joker comments he thinks was better off in Hospital). That film was a comment on the desperate employment and financial conditions many people faced during the Great Depression. Also the scene we see of Chaplin rollerskating blind folded and teetering on going over the edge was a metaphor for teetering on the edge of sanity and insanity, so Fleck watching that is also a metaphor for his state of mind.
