Arkham State Hospital
That has got to be the single biggest lunatic asylum institution I've ever seen in a movie, disguised as a hospital. Notice how ALL of the windows in this huge building have BARS on them??
Its a mental institution for the criminally insane... of course the windows have bars.
Have you ever visited a prison or jail? No such things as windows without bars.
