Tori's dad. I think either Barnes or Dutch is her father. And if it's Dutch, that's another aggressive enemy from the past that Silver could bring back to haunt Daniel. I'm sure he has a he connections to get Dutch out of prison.
With Johnny going on his rescue mission after Miguel, Chozzen might not be enough help for Miyagi-Do, so I think July may show up as well at some point. It has been a running theory.
Do you not think Dutch would (on finding out what has happened between Johnny and Silver) would be reluctant to get involved with Silver? Barnes would make more sense of the two.
