Jimmy's inexplicable behavior ...

Jimmy gives up himself and his crew for murder and armed robbery to avoid getting popped for boosting vehicle? Whatever.

I know he's on a depressive, self destructive bender. But WTF? He hates his brother, his family, and his parents now too and wants to see them all burn just because he's such a fuckup himself?

I don't buy it. He didn't appear to hate his family, just himself.

Maybe he’s related to Bunchy Donovan, and Mickey Donovan is his real father. Mickey got REALLY drunk one Boston night (I know, huh?) and mistook Jimmy’s mom, who was HOT back then (I mean, c’mon, Cathy Moriarty?) for a black woman and gave her the same seed that produced the defective Bunchy.

lol you win 'best post of the week' for this one.

F--kin Mick, lol. << I can hear Ray saying that.

Dude, not trying to make you mad, but do you realize you placed huge detailed spoilers in your subject line? Do you mind changing it to something ambiguous?

Thanks

Sorry, fixed.

At least we have 2 more episodes.... I thought it was the finale last week

reply

It was the finale. Season 2 is green lit.

reply

Well that blows. I thought it said 12 episodes. FUCK

To me it seemed like he's always resented his family and his brother in particular, so his actions came as no surprise.

[SPOILERS] He doesn't hate Frank, or his family. Remember how bad he looked when his niece spat at him? Jimmy's a pathological self-seeker. He found a way to get Rohr off his back & immunity for everything he'd ever done - so he took it. He doesn't love Frank any less, but is incapable of feeling any responsibility for the trouble he causes.

He’s a Fredo. Fredo’s do what Fredo’s gotta do to protect Fredo.
