When you imply a movie is for smarter more cultured people and that you just so happen to be one of them it's a bad look and immediately makes me think you're the sort of person to will yourself into liking certain movies to appear more cultured.

I like Tarantino and this film but I despise people who judge intelligence based on what movies other people like or don’t like. It’s the same energy as people who say “You don’t like the new Star Wars movies? You must be a bigot.”
