Favorite and/or Funny Scenes?
For me:
-Cliff Booth + Pitbull + food = comedy
-Rick Dalton + Actor (not actress) Julia Butters (forgot her stage name) talking it out and the scene where she gets pushed down then calls Rick the best acting she's seen.
-Rick Dalton pissed off about forgetting his lines (including the scene where he does forget his lines) and tells himself not to get drunk anymore before taking a shot of liquor and throwing it out the trailer.
-Cliff Booth vs. Bruce Lee (very good imitator even down to the look, voice, and jeet kun do) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k2BKNDc48N4
-Cliff Booth + Pussycat interaction when he picks her up where she offers a free blowjob and the interaction at the Manson ranch (Charles wasn't there, just the hippy women, Tex, and George Spahn the previous owner) where he beats a dude up to get his boss's tire fixed.
-Cliff Booth getting high on acid before he has to face the 3 hippy killers.
-Cliff Booth fighting the 3 hippy killers where it turned into the 'classic Tanrantino' scene with blood/gore and a lot of head smashing if not dog gnawing.
-Rick Dalton using the flamethrower was fucking hilarious and surprising at the same time (didn't think he kept the working prop).
Might be a few more I am missing as I can't recall atm.
I'm surprised they used real Sharon Tate film footage and the stunning resemblance that Margot Robbie portrays as her. Movie ends before we ever get to see her get murdered.
On August 9, 1969, Tate and four others were murdered by members of the Manson Family in the home she shared with Polanski. At the time of her death, she was eight-and-a-half months pregnant with the couple's son.
