You must have missed the part where they said that because of different calibers between the Chinese and foreign weapons they would use international weapons so they could rearm in the field.
Oh, and the weapons were anything BUT American-made. Glocks, AK's up the gazool, FN's, (SCARs, Minimis P90's, MAG's) Norincos, CZ's, a Steyr AUG, H&K MP5 and G3, (I think I even saw an FAL in there) SIG's, etc. I could go on, but the point is, they used so many different brands, I'd be surprised is there WEREN'T A few US weapons. There was a Ma Deuce on one of the technicals. I don't think I saw more than a couple M16 weapons there. Yes, 1911's, (but there's millions of those worldwide, so that would be normal) one Remington shotgun, and oh, yeah: an Abrams M1 MBT. That's DEFINITELY American.
Need to learn your weapons better.
