A Doppleganger Halloween

Regardless of the flaws this movie has, the doppelgangers as a concept is fantastic so I thought "how cool would it be to get a group of people to dress up as doppelgangers of themselves for Halloween?" Maybe walking together with some golden scissors or making a line down a sidewalk holding hands. I think it would be awesome, plus the costumes are super simple.

They're not costumes, they're uniforms.

I feel like wearing anything to portray someone else can be a costume. A lot of cosplay armour is cardboard. Just because it's cardboard doesn't mean it's not a costume. Sure in the movie they're uniforms, but I'm talking about Halloween when people typically dress up in costumes.
