There's a bunch of reasons why the DCEU is a horrible franchise, many of them explained very well in in-depth articles and Youtube videos, you just first may need to consider that others might actually have a point and aren't just looking to tick you off. Butt munching hosier.
Myself? I'm not a fan of the DCEU, but I would friggin LOVE them to get their sh*t together and make some decent flicks already. Because as much as people may try to get you to believe otherwise, EVERYBODY LIKES A GOOD MOVIE, be it from DCEU or the MCU.

Because I know that, deep down inside, in places you don't want to talk about, you actually LOVE the Marvel movies. You can't help it. And you know why you can't? Because they're GOOD MOVIES!
You've "hate-watched" Thor Ragnarok a half dozen times already from the privacy of your bedroom, telling yourself that its just to "pick it apart" again. But no, you love it. Sitting atop the bed in your Iron Man pajamas, popcorn scattered across your Captain America comforter from when you mimic the punches thrown by your on-screen hero. Its exciting stuff!
Yes, some Marvel movies are better than others, but to say that half of them aren't worth watching? You're trying too hard...you're not being honest. Which means its just as likely you're living a lie, A LIE! And that a single teardrop is now making its way down your cheek...on account of someone having finally freed you from that lie. And you want to apologize...and explain in great detail how you've been wrong all along. And that'd be fine, buddy. You can do this. =D
i dont like team up movies like the avengers. i prefer the stand alone formula and my favorite is the daredevil netflix series. yeah marvel stinks right now so bad with the poor ending of IW now they revive everyone just to make more movies. spiderman dissapear. then ressurected in 25 of april then in june another spider man movie. that a frikin joke.

The movie was pretty good, though with a poorly conceived ending, and lacked the depth and development of an MCU film. It simply wasn't as intelligent or imaginative as what we've seen from Marvel.
The critics were perhaps a little bit harsh, but I can't argue much with the overall rating. It's not a great film by any stretch.
