How is this set in the Snyderverse if Michael Keaton is Batman?

Ummm... the cast list says: "Michael Keaton as Bruce Wayne / Batman: A wealthy socialite in Gotham City who moonlights as a crimefighting vigilante."

Last time I checked, Keaton's Batman is the BURTONverse,NOT the Snyderverse. If it was set in the "DCEU", then Ben Affleck would be Batman.

The only possible explanation is that Keaton is somehow playing Affleck's version of Batman, which would make no sense and be weird.

It has something to do with the upcoming Flash solo movie later this year which will apparently erase most of the Snyderverse including Ben Affleck's Batman. Who knows how this will work out, although he will end up in the Burtonverse during his travels across the multiverse.

Excellent news! If they're doing an in-universe reboot and erasing the Snyderverse, maybe those "Restore the Snyderverse" idiots on social media who cheer on his dour ugly CGI-infested murderfest will boycott the movie. Even better, maybe they can have Cavill's Superman also removed and replaced with the Reeve/Routh version of the character. I'd applaud in the movie theater if they did that. TAKE THAT, Snyderites!

As Ratman says above. Supposedly, Keaton's Batman will be the DCEU Batman going forward from the Flash movie, acting as a mentor to other heroes.
