How Mila Kunis get so many starring roles? She is terrible.
Gotta be pretty stupid too but that often doesn't effect actor's abilities. It seems she is not one of those.

She gets literally one movie in a year. I hardly call it getting so many starring roles. She is not near being a super star. That's why she gets so little and her popularity is declining. So your rant is actually not justified.
