What language are they speaking?

Because as I watch their lips, a lot of the dubbed words seem to match up pretty well.

IMDB says this was produced in Denmark, so maybe Danish. What bothers me is when the English dubbing says one thing and the subtitle say something else. That's crazy, you would think they get the subtitles and dubbing from the same source, the script, or the translated script?
