silent bob looks really weird and gross skinny i can't even look at him now

and also being fat was always his comedic device so he can't exist as not fat. it gets under my skin looking at him now. which is what happens when fat people become suddenly not fat. it's unhealthy and it shows in how weird they look.

Yeah, he was literally going to die if he didn't get healthy fast. I'm not sure you understand how health works.
