"I wish you two weren't so White"
I've been thinking about the psychology of this statement and this is what I would translate it to:
"I wish I didn't feel inferior as a Mexican being with a company of White people"

or, it means they cannot stay off grid without anyone else noticing them as per their plan.
shareThat line followed Sarah's "I wish these places weren't so crowded". I was thinking that a Mexican hearing White people complain about the overcrowdedness of her country made her feel uncomfortable, so she replied "Yeah, well your Whiteness is the problem". That interpretation would fit perfectly into modern Whiteness theories that are being taught at universities. That so called "Whiteness" is something problematic that needs to be fought done away with. We all know that this movie is woke. Nothing crazy or "snowflakey" in interpreting this line that way.
shareWhat a weird snowflake way of interpreting that line.
shareHow come? I'm not necessarily talking about just the movie, but general psychology what motivates so called "Whiteness" theories. And do you even know what snowflake means?
shareIt's like a joke being made about Arab friends trying to get through the airport. "I wish you guys weren't so Arab." Is the translation of that "I feel inferior around Arabs"? That was a rhetorical question, obviously everyone feels inferior to Arabs.

What a typical way of excusing anti-white racism.
My friend, the psychology of this statement is that white people are garbage and migrants are great, Look at Mexico, a great place, if you don't get murdered, the drinking water will kill you.
Or what about Somalia, where one of our greatest politicians (now in minnesota), is from. great place, great people, average IQ 68, but nevermind that.
If America was like Mexico, Africa or the middle east, everything would be a whole lot better.

That line didn't bother me because I simply took it as Sarah and Grace made them stand out from everyone else and more of a target.
