I love being really amused.

My uncle and I loved Buster Scruggs, and were shocked that this wasn’t his own full length movie. We’ll come back to Netflix and watch it many times, and we will stop when Buster Scruggs story ends because we feel like it’s the one story about really worth watching. Not only is it funny and amusing, but it has a way of just staying with you and making an impression on you.

The rest of the stories are dark and super depressing.

This more about the romantic fantasy of frontier people in the Old West, not country people like in "Deliverence".

Either way, this movie is more of an after-thought of short stories. Some more interesting than others. I thought the Buster Scruggs caricature was funny after one viewing, but it wears off rather quickly after second rewatch. It's a good thing they didn't make a whole movie about him.
