Why is it necessary to have some kind of bullshit like that in every single movie now? You simply can't have a movie anymore without anyone making any kind of comment about race or gender. And for what? For who? Who even cares about that stuff other than a few assholes in twitter? The main reason why most people watch movies is to escape real life crap like that.

While I don’t expect to hear it in every movie and TV show today, it would be odder to not hear it in any movie or TV show. Plus there’s a big difference between that, and the rhetoric from another 20th Century (Fox) and now Disney movie, The Hate you Give. Among other things, that movie has the main character get mad when a friend rightfully points out that that cops lives matter too. Note, I have not seen that movie, my information comes from a review I read.

shareI have a child and nieces and nephews of all ages. We have always been a very moderate family, and none of us try to influence our kids with our political views. Regardless, they ALL have made it clear that most kids think the aggressive woke movement is a joke. I think there is a very vocal minority online that's giving the impression they represent more people than they do.

They've obviously completed some kind of risk assessment and determined this as a mitigation strategy going forward.
I think the racial and gender equality movements are initiated by corporations to increase potential labor pool, because businesses don't discriminate gender or race, they are all just potential workers. Modern union movements got on it as well because unions want to increase their potential members. So basically everybody counts politically is behind it and their message is that everyone should get out there to be a corporate slave and that is called liberty (to choose what kind of worker you want to be).
I think that is why the message has been pushed so hard from every possible direction, because it is the will of capitalism.

In general, for television to show a person's face, they need consent forms to be signed.
There is no such standard yet for YouTube and the like.

The motivation for views is a perversion to create these types of incidents.
Was the phone holder really outraged? Or really just wanted to put up a video that would get views?
