I have never thought of myself like an old fart, but I watched like 2 episodes and that girl is just a f***k annoying spoiled teen, right ?

I watched out of curiosity as it was really highly rated, but it is really disappointing.

She is a middle class teen. She's got everything, but curses at every adult.

And she gets a nice lovely handsome young man who wants to build her a house and she's like "mehhh".

For me James comes off as troubled while Alyssa just seems braindead or something.

In season 2 Alyssa also acts like she's more of a victim although James almost died and had to learn how to walk again.

That's the whole point of the show! Sorry you didn't realize that. I just finished season two and LOVED it, and give it an 8.5/10! Funny in an extremely droll way, strange and wonderful!
