The first two were kinda fun but this thing is just long and going through the motions. I don't think anyone behind the camera or in front of it gave much of a shit at all.

Totally disagree, and it seems most regularly moviegoers liked it. The audience score on RT is 95%.
Your comment is especially ironic since most seem to feel like this is something of a return to form after what is widely believed to be a weak second film. I enjoyed the second film so I don't necessarily feel that way, but I can see how others might.
I thought it was a fun film and certainly one of the better action movies that we've gotten in recent memory.
