CAPTIVE STATE NO? CAPTIVE AUDIENCE YES!!!

What are the problems with this movie? EVERYTHING!!! It is too murky, too dark, too disjointed, the ending inconclusive, to make a long story short it is NOT another Star Wars. Or E.T. Or any other good or so-so science fiction movie, for that matter.

Agree. Watched it on a plane yesterday. How do I get that time back again. It just seemed to ramble on with no resolution. A follow up where ET gets his arse kicked?
