does every superman actor have to be a top model with 10/10 face and blue eyes?

just wondering.....

its funny that they constantly love to portray both bruce wayne and clark as supermodels.

cant it be just a normal 5 ft 9 guy who dosent look like a movie star?

reply

Has to look like the comics.
you know, how the artist drew and made the character.

it's basically how everything in life work.

Like the Mercedes car logo is a star.... not a carrot. A soccer ball is round.
Do you understand?

reply

He wouldn't be a super man if he as an average schmo.

reply

he dosent need to have a supermodel face to be strong. you just show your ignorance, hollywood selling you trashy ideals where good looking models portrayed as heros and normal and ugly people portrayed as evil

reply

You sound like a woke jackass.

reply

you sound like an idiot

how unlikely it is that if tommorow you would meet a powerfull alien he will look exactly like a supermodel to you?

if aliens do exist they would probably be ugly as sin to you, monstrous, even.

just lol at the right wing lunatic who think i'm woke because i dont like how hollywood sell fairy tales to people

reply

If you don't like Superman the way he is, don't expect him to be changed to satisfy your stupid Marxist demands for ugliness in art.

In the case of Batman he is human, so he has to be big and strong. Genetically superior physically for lack of a better word. Bruce could be ugly but for generations his family has been wealthy. Wealthy people usually marry attractive people. Genetics again.

Superman is a different concept. He gets his powers from the yellow sun and atmosphere, so he could look like Peter Dinklage.

But people (the audience ) like good looking stars.

Yes, because that's how Clark Kent looks in the comics, he's supposed to be a perfect superhuman being. It's just accurate to the source, I'm glad they still haven't gotten PC about that. As far as Bruce Wayne always looking like a super model..... eh, not really. Adam West and Michael Keaton weren't exactly "super models" and Keaton being cast as Batman was pretty controversial back then.

Michael Keaton and Robert Pattinson were plain-looking. Most people expect them to resemble the comics. Christopher Reeve had the best resemblance.

I didn't like the two recent Lois Lane actresses because there was no resemblance. Rachel Brosnahan looks perfect.

Imagine a flat-chested ugly Wonder Woman. There would be a riot.

Heroes are supposed to be better than everyone else in character, ability, strength, and looks. We subconsciously have positive thoughts about good-looking people as opposed to ugly ones. Ever notice how their sidekicks are always "lesser than" by being shorter, less capable and less attractive?
