Superman traditionally wore red skivvies on the outside of his blue unitard. The costume in the photos looks like they've gone back to something resembling the original, instead of the dull grayish and brownish of recent movies. Nothing at all gay about it. These photos give me hope that real Superman will be back, instead of the depressed, tortured, emo nonsense that has afflicted superhero movies since the '90s.
shareWell, the original came from an era where men wore cut off jean shorts. Now we know that looks gay af, and also it's time to admit wearing loose short-cut underwear over pants also looks gay. Wearing loud red and yellow colors looks bad on men too (unless you're gay of course, lmao!).
How could they screw this up?!! What's next are they gonna make it a musical?
The new suit is a major step down from Cavill's. It looks like the muscle padded costume they sell at Halloween!

The Henry Cavill superman may have been more depressed in atmosphere, but at least they finally gave him an alpha male costume!
