This movie had all the hallmarks of a great horror movie but the story was just so lame and [spoiler alert] when the teddy bear started moving it became ridiculous. As of then I had no idea what was going on anymore and couldn't care less the characters anymore.
There was some nice nudity in the movie though. Kudos for that.

It's disappointing because it has some great stuff going on but it's just a bit messy. In a lesser movie you wouldn't care so much but to come so close only to falter is a real shame.
A few more drafts of the screenplay for better refinement and some tighter editing could have lead to this being a modern masterpiece of horror.
