Season 3 off to a slow start

I absolutely love this show - as far as I'm concerned one of the best (if not the best) TV show on the air right now. However, I'm disappointed with Season 3. 3 episodes in, and it feels like this show is off to a very slow start.

They're trying desperately to build the 'Maya Rendell' character, but quite frankly she's not that interesting of a character nor is she that entertaining as an actress.

The 'Roland Blum' character was fun for a few minutes, but two episodes of him ? Two episodes too many.

Julian Cain running for the judiciary is rather sleep-inducing.

I'm not sure where I stand with Diane joining the 'resistance' - it's on the brink of becoming cartoonish.
