shareI feel like it's a weak year fashion-wise. The nominees seem to be playing it safe. I like some of the 'plus one' dresses more, i.e. Jamie Dornan's wife has an interesting dress. Also like the dresses of Busy Phillips, Marchesa designer Georgina Chapman, and Jessica Biel.
Laura Dern's dress isn't breaking any new ground but the color, cut, and sparkle work well together; she looks great.
Emma Roberts's is one of the most beautiful.
