I felt that firmly after the first three episodes. And JF's portrayal of Waterford isn't working for me at all. But I like what they did with the episode about the Mexican ambassador's visit. Solid extra content.

shareAbsolutely! The show is a much higher standard than the movie in my opinion. They have done a fantastic job filling out plot lines, which will keep the show going into another season. I found the movie was too short to go into details from the book.
shareI like the extra content in the series but my gosh, the heavy handedness of the directing! So indulgently, pretentiously, self-servingly slow! Get a move on, you self-important twits!!!!
