George Washington was here

My favorite part of the show was when Chris Jackson showed up (as the investigator?). He was Benny in 'In the Heights', and George Washington in 'Hamilton'. He's always someone to watch.
And 'marshal Marshall Mann' (playing the distant dad). Too bad he isn't a regular. And the daughter looked perfect to play the wealthy girlfriend!
Are they really allowed to research so much about the jury??? That was creepy! It is hard to root for these characters on the show. And Dr Phil isn't much of a sympathetic character, either.
I'm pretty smart, but my wife is smarter. She caught that the dad was gay, and that the mother was the killer. She's a therapist, and trained to catch what is NOT said. And she caught it half-watching the TV, while on her ipad. (grrrrrr. I wish she would let me figure it out in my own moment...)
I'm done with the show, but she wants to see more.
