Bail. Taylor was back because she didn't want to miss the show. To me it looked like she found he who's trial entertaining.

We don't really know the timing. Could be a day later or weeks.
When Bull talked to Brandon in the mock courtroom he told the kid he'd known for a long time he was gay.

That surprised me, too. Surely her disruptive behavior was enough to justify the judge banning her from further proceedings.

I guess the rich really are different.

When did she stab him? Do you even pay attention to what you are watching?

She threw a tablet in his face.

As for how she was out... it's called bail. Unless you kill someone you are very likely to have a bail set so you can go home to await your trial.

Trials for crimes do not start for months, sometimes years after the crime was committed. While you wait for your trial you go home on bail (assuming you can afford it)

She most likely won't even get a trial, there were so many witnesses she will probably take a plea deal and avoid a trial. Either way she'd be home on bail within 12 to 48 hours of arrest.

Only poor people who can't afford bail or murderers with tons of evidence against them are kept in jail (without bail) while they wait for a trial.

He probably banned her from having a tablet. If he was smart, it would be all electronic devices.

The only reason she had the tablet is it included evidence introduced by the defense. Her violent outburst could and should easily have warranted prohibition from the courtroom.

despite her outburst it was triggered over something specific and the judge probably felt she wasn't likely to be a problem again

I've been on countless imdb boards where many people JUST DONT PAY ATTENTION.

No offense taken, but one can avoid accidently giving specific offense by not using the second person. Instead, one should use "one". E.g., "one should always hold one's tea cup with one's pinkie properly extended." Namaste?

"one" always comes across too formal IMO; and is often used as a sarcastic backhand reference to mean "you" anyway.

I'd rather just clarify my intentions and state when I'm using the general "you" and not a targeted "you".
