shareTexas is ground zero for patent cases, although it is the Eastern District of Texas (based in Marshall - I assume they changed juat in case CBS ever has to go in front of that court). A quarter of the nation's patent cases are heard in that court. I was wondering when the Texas patent connection would come up and am pleasantly surprised it came up this early. shareI didn't even notice the upside down flags (shame on them!), but the category 2 thing is hilarious.
I especially loved them (illegally) tampering with emergency warning systems (a federal/state offense?) and mocking up fake coverage of a non-existent storm. Precious.
