Not impressed. The Texas flags were upside down, the accents over the top and tornadoes aren't "category 2" like a hurricane, they are classified on an EF0-EF5 scale.

Flags are just flags. They didn't hang a baby by the neck.

Texas is ground zero for patent cases, although it is the Eastern District of Texas (based in Marshall - I assume they changed juat in case CBS ever has to go in front of that court). A quarter of the nation's patent cases are heard in that court. I was wondering when the Texas patent connection would come up and am pleasantly surprised it came up this early. Here is an article on it

It is just the rest of the episode aside from the parallel to that real world town that is the issue... 😀

Great article. Who knew?

I didn't even notice the upside down flags (shame on them!), but the category 2 thing is hilarious.

I especially loved them (illegally) tampering with emergency warning systems (a federal/state offense?) and mocking up fake coverage of a non-existent storm. Precious.

Was it supposed to be east Texas or the panhandle? Accents made me think east but the tornado warning made me think otherwise.

Either way it wasn't a great representation of Texas.

Does it matter??? It's just Texas and why do people nitpick everything?????
