The supercomputer that has info on everyone... ?? Bull**t

Yah.... So one of the main concepts of this show (in order for it to work) is feeding the audience (us) a fact that Dr. Bull has access to a super-intelligent computer that has every single person in its data base with every single document we ever created or touched?

Uhhh.. If I had access to this type of information/super computer I will be unstoppable as well.. But, do the writers really think the audience is that dumb to buy this one small.. ahem.. rather GIANT fact?

No, they gather the information on the jury pool and put that information into the matrix. They do not have a super computer of everyone in the United States and their social media profiles.

You do have access to an incredible amount of information about many people who leave online trails and do nothing to lock down their data - increasingly so with the advent of "cloud storage".

All you need is the skills to mine it.

Putting aside the fact that this is a gross misrepresentation of what they are doing in the show, how is this any different than any procedural crime drama that gets DNA tests back in a matter of hours? Or that can zoom in on a picture from a surveillance camera without the image getting pixellated all to hell? Or...

You get the idea.

The computer system itself is ridiculous. I am so tired of these crazy made up computers being used on some TV shows. It's so cheesy.
