When will Bull return?
I was wondering what happened w/this show I don't see it on schedule anymore? Did CBS cancel it already? I HOPE not !!

Last Tuesday, CBS (along with the other networks) elected to show mostly repeats instead of trying to compete with the World Series -- which was getting great ratings. They figured why waste a brand-new episode on a night when many viewers might be watching the World Series instead, so they showed a rerun of Bull (and a rerun of NCIS, and a rerun of NCIS: New Orleans.
Tonight, again, there will be no NCIS, or Bull, or NCIS: New Orleans because of the election. So the episode that they originally planned to air the night of the World Series game (Nov. 1) will instead air next week (Nov. 15).
And, no -- it hasn't been cancelled, either. The initial ratings have been good enough that CBS decided to order a full season of the show (22 episodes). So it will be on at least through this entire current season, maybe more.

It's a pity. I've got a feeling a broadcast without election coverage (or just a quick summary at commercial time) would probably do well. It's not a matter of not caring about the election, but since the winner won't be taking office for another two months they figure tomorrow morning is plenty soon enough to get the result.
