It's funny hearing about these two pathetic "modern" additions to a forgotten "franchise" (each LONG past its prime and never terribly popular to BEGIN with) try to duke it out for box office superiority over Memorial Day weekend. "I'm a slightly less mediocre film!" "No way, I am!"

Check it out, audiences... the Garfield COMIC STRIP hit its stride in the EARLY 1980s so check out our new soulless movie set in that universe... we got some CGI baby 'Garfield' kitten that speaks aloud unlike the comic, BUT we got SAMUEL L. JACKSON as the co-star so you guys really wanna come see it on the big screen... RIGHT, RIGHT?? Come on guys, PLEASE come see us!!!!
