why would they put him in an isolation cell in handcuffs?
So he can't even take a piss or anything if he needs to?
Isn't that some gross human rights violation? Or the series just taking some artistic liberties?

Another nit picky thread this week?
I'd have to watch the scene again to give you any kind of answer.
Aside from your criticisms are you enjoying the series?
What do you mean another? Yes, I am enjoying the show, although right now I don't know what to make of the sudden change in tone, but I guess we'll see.
I just re-read your thread from last week. I guess it wasn't really "nit picking", my bad.
I think the change in tone and scenario is great, it introduces some funny new characters and keeps things interesting. It's going to be awesome. Miles is getting close to prison boss Swayze (lol) by hooking up one of his girls with a make up job on a movie. Swayze and his girl are going to somehow help Miles get back at Lawrence, the peeper creep studio head.
Meanwhile Amara is on the loose. I have a feeling she's going to be %#$^ shit up next time we see her 😎
That was an amazing jump, and getaway. Was she trying to kill herself? Or was it showing her tenacity and willingness to go all the way?
Oh, she definitely wouldn't try to kill herself, that was obviously an attempt to escape - I am just amazed it was actually successful.
I don't know if you looked at her face in that scene from ep 8, btw, when Rick told her "if I don't tell you now, I never will". That was good acting from Lidia Porto - you could see it on her face that in that moment Amara understood everything.
Not even sure, really, what the point of him going to jail was, I don't think that would actually convince her of anything.
Although I think they kinda overdid it with depicting the minimum security prison as some kind of hotel.
