I'm shocked!

I'm even more shocked that the film has a 74% 'Fresh' rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

I was expecting the critics to be sharpening their knives for this, and any potential audience member to be fearful of watching this film for being branded a 'racist'.

I'm pleased to be proven wrong.

Metacritic has a suspiciously low average of 58 even though 70% of reviews are 60+.

That's not a very good opening week. It's February so you'd expect it to be slow. Maybe the negative press hurt it? I thought it would do better.
