Tempted to call this a masterpiece. It's absurd,brilliant, funny, sad, completely intriguing and very well written. Lanthimos is a complete maverick. 9/10

sharei gave this a 1/10. it was like taking a haneke movie and remove every point he was trying to make from it. alternatively, like a bad twilight zone episode, stretched to 2 hours.
shareI agree with you completely and also gave it 1/10. The lack of emotion and "matter-of-fact" attitudes displayed by the family throughout this whole "movie" alone, made me give it only 1 star. If I could've given zero stars, I would have. What a waste of film.
shareI thought it was quite good but lost its way a little toward the end. I would give it 8/10 if we are using integers; I was so close to giving it 7/10 that I would say it’s a 7.6 if we can use decimals.
