Day 5?
Why is no one talking about this?
Not sure. Maybe because the distributor / producer is Rooster Teeth? How did you hear about it?
shareI seen it on the Exodus app but the streams didn't work so I downloaded the first 4 Eps through a torrent site. It's a good story and well made. Thought more people would have at least commented on it. Is it on TV in the states?
sharei assume this is not on tv, only online.
9/10... that good?

Yup, it's only on-line. It's on a site called Rooster Teeth, a pay site. That's probably why no one is talking about it. The site is not that well known and you have to join to watch it. I hope a network like SyFy airs it in the near future.
shareProbably because it sounds like an incredibly dumb premise for a movie that won't suspend any disbelief because everyone needs to sleep sometime so there's absolutely no way to win without something magical happening to the main characters.
shareActually they came up with some pretty good devices to get around that and explained early on that after 10 days max even with stimulants they would probably die. There's more but I don't want to spoil anything. I rated it highly because it's well thought out and doesn't require a lot of suspension of disbelief.
shareI'll give it a try. I have low expectations, so it shouldn't take much to exceed them if I'm wrong.
shareJust finished 6 episodes and it is a good show. It would have been better with maybe bigger stars but it's more interesting than a lot of crap on network TV that's for sure. A few scenes are pretty exciting too. The end of 6 really made me want to see more, that's for sure. I thought there were 8 episodes but I only see 6 listed. Uggg.....

this show is brilliant - as a chronic insomniac I totally feel their pain!! also the production values, cast and storyline are f**en brilliant - I want more!
sharebecause it's completely horrible with almost 100% bad acting.
Who took my toast?
Surprised at the board for this being so inactive for a two year old show!
It's only now debuting in the UK! (2018!) So is it considered a bad show in the US, hence why they UK didn't even bother to buy the show until 2 years later?
I'm watching it for the fact that it's shot in Austin - I didn't know that until the very first scenes where I recognized Austin instantly!
I'm giving it a try....but this show is REALLLLLY bad. It's just crap. The script is awful. Clunky lines delivered poorly by bad actors. The pace is too slow - and trust me, I'm a huge fan of slow pacing in movies and TV. I never usually have problems with "slow." But there's slow pacing in a good way and slow pacing in a bad way, this is the latter.
I've given up on this show after two badly acted episodes; it's amateurish - avoid.
The acting is fine. The script is great, and the story is engrossing and mysterious. It's not as polished as shows with higher budgets, but if you like post-apocalyptic science-fiction, with some dark humor, this show delivers.
viewing season 2 on download as pick was really bad VHS quality.
and its HD on my PC.
I have no problem with less polished shows or tight budget productions, but I can't share your opinion that the acting and script are fine or great, sorry! I was actively thinking how awful both these elements were. Different strokes I guess.
