They want to be treated equal until it's a negative then they play the "treat a woman.... blah blah blah"

The best was on the last episode when all the poor little girls wanted to confront Brian for being a big meanie to women:

Hannah -

"I don't care if he's like that with guys, as a woman you don't have someone stand over you and be that aggressive and intimidating he should make a point NOT to be like that with women"

Julia -

"What we are trying to come from is that for the future try to treat women as equals"

hahahahaha wtf? Which is it? Do you want to be treated like an equal or like a woman because lets be honest we will NEVER be equal.

ps: Did you notice how Hannah was so "intimidated" when Brian was having Tiffany sweep that when she stood up and got in HIS face she put her hands on him at least 3 times.... but yeah SHE was intimidated. And don't get me started on Jenny the know it all deckhand who can't tie a knot bowing up to Bobby, it's amazing how BRAVE women are when they have men around to save them and pull a man off them when they do that slapping thing.

Now me pointing out this nonsense will elicit the usual "you hate all women" BS but that's ok, I know the tactics of the PC nation, they just don't work on me.

And a follow up to all of you "equality" fakers, why does it so upset you when a man punches a woman, one could say the football player who knocked out his GF in the elevator was treating her like he would a man who was running off at the mouth. Isn't that equality????

Seriously? You think the aggressive behavior is ok? He literally towers over the women; the aggressive behavior is extremely physically threatening.

In general.

They all yell soooooo much and act very confrontational all the time. Seriously, this industry needs to begin other types of training besides yacht safety training. In my career we’re frequently required to attend classes and workshops about harassment, coworker behavior, cooperation and teamwork, team building, etc. We also have to complete online trainings via video followed by quizzes, and undergo yearly performance evaluations which include interpersonal skills.

Bobby freaking towers over the women on the boat and he has a very loud, deep voice. His yelling is uber scary. He very obviously uses his massive size and powerful voice to intimidate people (in the same way other people use other assets). It’s so unprofessional
