Carly/Grant love scene

Love this show - I binge watched this past holiday weekend.

I think the only character I don't really care about is David - he seems like such a timid wussy guy.

I wonder if I was the only one who noticed, during the first sex scene between Carly/Grant that when he leaned over to kiss her the actress totally flinched away from him. She started to pull away and then caught herself and leaned toward him. I don't know if this was just her natural reaction because they're not really lovers or does the actress not like the actor?

I do have to say that Eric McCormack looks really great - I was surprised to find out he's 53. I wouldn't flinch away from him kissing me!

It might have been deliberate on part of the actress. "Carly" is in love with "Grant" or their consciousness were in a relationship in the future at least, one they were eager to resume. One might imagine the changed face might be jarring.

I think it was just a matter of seeing a stranger's face. Imagine the special person in your life suddenly looking completely different, that would take some getting used to.
