So when are they gonna take babies as hosts and then we have talking baby Heros saving the world? So wouldn't it be hard that they got their day job and the side business of saving the world!? Give me more funny sarcasm?!

They need the Travelers to be able to move about on their own and do their jobs without attracting attention. Talking babies would be pretty damn attention grabbing. Not to mention useless when it came to field assignments.
