Differences between Netflix and iTunes episodes.

So I happened to see episode 11 on both iTunes and Netflix and noticed there were differences in that Netflix had some extra scenes. Not important ones, just David doing some social work, maybe more. Why exactly would Netflix and iTunes have different versions of the episodes. I'm assuming earlier other episodes may have differences also.

Apparently Netflix didn't include the full frontal Marcie nudity from the pilot.
