Sending objects back Spoliers
Spoliers. I may have picked it up wrong but how are they sending objects back to the past? Nanites, quantum computers etc? Are they building them from 21st resources or is it a bit of a plot hole?

Yes. One of the earlier travelers may have been transferred into a Silicon Valley techie who used advanced knowledge to build up a successful company which then had resources to make other more advanced stuff, perhaps there are several traveler teams doing this, making commercial stuff in the front of the building to generate cash and then making uber advanced stuff in the back for other traveler teams. I think the director may be the heaad of UPS, because it is all about logistics.
