- Was there any dialog/scene about protocol #4? If so, in which episode?
In the article below, protocol #4 is mentioned as "Do not reproduce" but I can't find the actual dialog/scene in the show.

- How many protocols are there in total? Protocol #6 was the first one that they discussed (Ep. 02) but are there only 6 protocols?

Not mentioned on the show, but on some show-related website. More than likely some cut footage had Mac discussing Kat's desire to have kids and someone mentioning protocol 4.
