shareI do it all the time. Learnt it from a local gourmet grilled cheese restaurant called Tom & Cheese (got a friend who works there). It's delicious.
shareI have to give a nod to Hugh's being able to inject some humor. His sideways glances and facial ticks are great in this. Needs that, love his humor mentions of some of the things he did in this that got a chuckle from me more than once.
Yes, the way he was describing this was great... it works too. This is how a real grilled cheese should look and taste.
