We see D on the ground at the end in the most recent episode.... Is he dead? He's in the credits for 10 episodes.... Surely he's not *actually* dead, right? If so...now what?

Geez Louise. Please don't put spoilers in thread subject lines, or at least put a spoiler warning in. Not everyone streams a show at the same time you did.
